At Crescent Skin Cares, we take pride in providing high-quality, medical-grade beauty products. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the safety of our customers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

However, if you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the product received

• A brief description of the issue

Crescent Skin Cares reserves the right to decline replacement requests that fall outside this policy or lack sufficient documentation.
